I just stayed down here for Labor Day weekend and I loved this place! The scenery is breathtaking. They are in the process of building a pool and hot tub overlooking the mountains. Out of town but located very close to several craft beer breweries. Not only were the rooms good but the restaurant and bar was too. The owner Kevin is very hospitable and approachable, the entire staff is friendly and helpful. This place is a GEM 💎 and I would DEFINITELY recommend it. I will stay here every time I visit the area.

We are so happy we found this jewel tucked in the mountains of Western North Carolina. It’s right in the middle of all tourism around here. Head out in any direction to find epic things to do. It was self check in/out. We never saw the hosts. Our room was one of only 12 rooms that are spaced out over 4 stories of hotel, making it very private. There is a divine restaurant on premises along with a spectacular view from the back deck. It was clean and comfortable, with luxury linens. We absolutely will be back! Do yourself a favor and skip the chain hotels for this lovely stay.

This was our first time staying at this beautiful place!!! We came for the weekend because we wanted to see snow, so we came across this wonderful place. It’s a family owned resort/hotel and actually the owners live there on the property too. Kevin was very helpful and everyone was so friendly. The restaurant and bar was a huge plus and the food was amazing!! It’s a wonderful place and we are so excited to go back in February and in July for our anniversary. A lot of great things are being added to this place, and I’m so excited to see the outcome. Thanks again to Kevin and his family for taking care of us and sharing a piece of their heaven with us. We will be back!!!

We love staying at SKYLARANNA! This is our second time vacationing with them and we can’t wait to be back. The development is coming along nicely and they offer many amenities. We enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner at the on site restaurant, Elevations, and the food was excellent. They have a full service bar and you can even take your drinks to a patio or the fire pit overlooking the mountains. We brought our two puppies along on the trip and they loved our dog friendly cabin and the hiking trails on property. The location is perfect! It sits only a few minutes from Bold Rock Cidery and Sierra Nevada Brewing, a short drive from charming downtown Hendersonville, and about a thirty minute drive to downtown Asheville. We can’t wait to return next year and see what else they have added.

“Skylaranna was beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfy. The pull out sofa was great and much more comfortable than your typical pull out sofa. The staff was very nice. The restaurant on site is excellent. There is plenty of space outside for kids to explore including a chicken coop and a trail to an area to swim. It’s a fairly short drive to downtown Hendersonville and to nearby hikes. Would recommend.”
