As part of our services, we offer all our guests a contactless check-in and check-out. Once you’ve confirmed your reservation, you’ll receive an email containing your room code as well as the code needed to enter all public areas. For any issues, please call us at the number below.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To protect all parties, we have a strictly enforced policy for cancellations. There shall be no emergency cancellation or refunds because of shortened stays or ruined experiences due to work or family obligations, or other commitments. We are not responsible for the weather or other Acts of God and there will be no refunds for such events. The only way to ensure a refund for such is to purchase travel insurance.
When booking through SKYLARANNA Hotel and Resort directly, if a reservation is made within 30 days of the check-in date, the guest must pay the entire cost of the reservation, which is non-refundable.
If the booking is made more than 30 days in advance of the check-in date, 50% of the total is required when booking online or over the phone.
If canceled outside of 30 days prior to arrival, the guest is eligible for the full refund;
If canceled within 30 days, but more than 14 days of arrival, no refunds will be given, however, the guest will receive the credit towards the future stay;
If canceled 14 days or less of arrival, there will be NO refund, or credit, unless Skylaranna rebooks the room for those dates.
IF THE GUEST DOES NOT PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF CHECK-IN, SKYLARANNA Hotel and Resort MAY, AT THEIR SOLE DISCRETION, CANCEL THE RESERVATION AND RETAIN ANY AMOUNT PAID.
Rates and reservations are not confirmed until the amount due and the rental agreement has been received and accepted by SKYLARANNA Hotel and Resort.
