A steam room feels like a tropical paradise. With lower temperatures than a sauna, yet increased humidity you enjoy may of the same benefits. The  heat ranges from a 114ﾟF to a 120ﾟF and the humidity at 95% to 100%. Breathing in the moist air can help to clear congestion and the humidity help with skin moisturizing, and reducing muscle soreness. Steam rooms are renowned for supporting your body in its expulsion of toxins and waste product build-up.

 

Make sure to not stay in the thermal bath for more than 15 minutes at a time and to plan just as long for the cool down phases afterwards. We recommend to do 3-4  rounds with recreational breaks and to drink plenty of water.

In addition you will find beverages and fresh fruit in the spa area – everything to provide you with enough hydration and vitamins during your experience.
